Cancellation Policy

Individual Sessions

(Reiki, Sound Healing, Fascial Manoeuvres)

  • All individual sessions are non-refundable.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled once if notice is given at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

  • Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling and the session fee will be forfeited.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, or cancelling on the day of the booking, will result in loss of the session with no refund or reschedule.

  • If you are running late, please notify the practitioner as soon as possible. Sessions may be shortened to accommodate subsequent bookings, with no adjustment to the fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made via the contact details provided at the time of booking.

Group Sound Healing & Fascial Manoeuvre Classes

  • All Group Sound Healing and Group Fascial Manoeuvre Class tickets or bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the event or venue host.

  • Bookings may be transferred to another session or to another person if notification is received at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Transfers, changes, or substitutions are not permitted within 12 hours of the class or event.

  • It is the participant’s responsibility to notify the organiser or practitioner of any approved transfer so attendance records can be updated.

  • Participation in group sessions is voluntary, and attendees are responsible for working within their own physical and personal limits.

Terms of Service

By booking a session, purchasing a ticket, or participating in any offering facilitated by Jack Lawton as an independent contractor/sole trader, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Health & Capacity
    I confirm that I am in suitable physical and mental health to participate in Reiki, Sound Healing, Fascial Manoeuvre sessions, sound baths, workshops, or related activities.

  2. Nature of Services
    I understand that these services are provided for relaxation, wellbeing, nervous system support, and personal development. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic diagnosis or treatment.

  3. Medical Care
    I acknowledge that any medical or mental health conditions I may have are under the care of a qualified healthcare professional. I understand that Reiki, Sound Healing, and Fascial Manoeuvres are complementary practices and do not replace conventional medical care.

  4. Personal Responsibility
    Any information, insights, or guidance offered during sessions or events are accepted at my own discretion. I remain fully responsible for how I choose to apply them.

  5. Independent Contractor Status
    I acknowledge that Jack Lawton provides services as an independent contractor/sole trader and may operate in collaboration with, but not as an employee of, host venues or organisations. Host venues are not responsible for the content or outcomes of individual sessions unless explicitly stated.

  6. Release of Liability
    I release and hold harmless Jack Lawton, the host venue, and any associated organisers from liability, claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

  7. Assumption of Risk
    I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with participation, including those that may not be foreseeable.

  8. Voluntary Participation
    I confirm that my participation is entirely voluntary and based on my own informed choice.

By booking services, attending appointments, or participating in events, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions.
